Working at Bright Dental Centre, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are SCHEDULE: * 21 hours per week * Monday & Wednesday 1-6:15pm * Tuesday & Thursday 12-5:15pm WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration * Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must * Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) * Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix preferred * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families * Customer service mindset * Has excellent communication and customer service skills * Is organized and enjoys multitasking * Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
