The youth worker provides direct supervision, crisis intervention, and basic needs support to youth in emergency housing. They also manage case plans, facilitate resident meetings, and assist youth in transitioning to stable housing.

The Child and Youth Worker will oversee daily site operations, facilitate life skills programming, and provide mentorship and informal counselling to youth. They are also responsible for advocating for clients, managing program resources, and maintaining collaborative relationships with community partners.
