Job summary
* Handle and prepare meat products. * Cutting, Wrapping, packaging, labeling meat and meat products * Working in the cooler * Proceed customer meat orders and special-order meat product requests. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements. * Comply and implement all applicable company standards. * Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives. * Participate in the training of junior staff. * Other duties as required.
