The Grocery Team Lead manages a team of merchandisers to execute in-store product layouts and planogram resets. They are also responsible for inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store displays.

In this role, you will play a key part in planogram resets, in-store inventory management, stock rotation and replenishment, module assembly, and the cleaning and maintenance of displays, among other tasks. What we offer: * $21.50 per hour * Mileage reimbursement (30-30 policy) and paid travel time * Career growth opportunities * A dynamic and ever-changing work environment RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage a team of 2–5 merchandisers and complete daily reports * Use planograms to execute in-store product layouts * Manage in-store inventory, rotate and replenish shelves, assemble modules, and clean and maintain displays, etc. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Any other related tasks QUALIFICATIONS * Have grocery experience * Are punctual * Are comfortable traveling throughout the territory * Are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle * Can lift up to 30 lbs * Excellent communications skills in French * Are comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for stocked products * Have access to a smartphone and a computer with an internet connection We’re excited to fill this role now!
