Working as a part-time Member Advisor at our Davidson Advice Centre, you’ll be a trusted financial partner for our members, delivering exceptional service and expert financial advice. Relationships: Build deeper relationships with our members and become a trusted financial partner by assisting them with their daily banking and giving advice to improve their financial well-being. Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for members to reach their financial goals and make recommendations on credit and investment products, such as credit cards, RRSPs, TFSAs and more. Collaboration: Work with our specialty teams to make more complex product recommendations, connecting members with the appropriate expert to support them with loans, wealth services and financial planning. Digital Education: Leverage technology to enhance the overall member experience by educating members on our digital channels, offering technology support and troubleshooting, as well as using our banking system and CRM program in your daily work. Ambassador: Act as a first point of contact and ambassador of Affinity’s passion for community, culture and values. Serve as a steward of non-members and members alike to create a remarkable experience for all who walk through our doors. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand a member’s overall financial picture and provide appropriate advice and solutions to meet their needs. Education: A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Connection: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. An Affinity for Employees We offer a fantastic starting wage of $28.48 per hour. This position is guaranteed to work 5 days per week, with a typical schedule of 5.5 hours per day, offering a great work/life balance.
