The successful candidate will play a key role on the interdisciplinary team, collaborating in the delivery of holistic, client and family centered care. Your role will require you to work independently in client homes, lift and carry medical bags and be comfortable working in all weather conditions. In this role, you will utilize your strong oral and written communication, and deliver quality nursing care to clients in all developmental stages in the community. Utilizing your experience in wound care, palliative care and client teaching, you will take a collaborative approach to meeting health goals, contribute to the nursing diagnosis and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes. Requirements
Candidates must have a practical nurse education program completion, a valid CLHA practice permit, and BCLS-HCP certification. A valid Class 5 Driver's License and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting and driving are required.
