The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. ## Duties Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues Clean and maintain facilities to ensure a tidy and organized space Handle commercial cleaning duties as needed Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management ## Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair Ability to clean and maintain various types of facilities Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op Benefits: Company events Discounted or free food Flexible schedule On-site gym On-site parking Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (required) janitorial: 1 year (required)
