Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all. As a Sandwich Artist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy high-quality meals in a clean and friendly setting. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Subway standards, ensuring quality and freshness Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling with accuracy Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines Manage time efficiently during busy hours to serve customers promptly Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately and balance register at the end of shifts Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Experience Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in restaurants or the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Join us as a Subway Sandwich Artist and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality meals and outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
