The Role We are seeking a compassionate, responsible individual to live on-site and support neurodivergent adults participating in an independent-living training program. The position includes: • Private bedroom, bathroom and workspace • Free room, board and utilities • Competitive salary • Evening responsibilities and sleep-in overnight availability • Meaningful experience in life-skills mentorship and community support Experience supporting neurodivergent people or individuals with disabilities is an asset. This is a sleep-in overnight position. The mentor is not expected to remain awake overnight but must be on-site and available if support is needed. What you’ll do

Provide on-site evening and overnight support for neurodivergent adults in an independent-living training program. Mentor participants in life skills and ensure their safety and well-being within a simulated duplex environment.

Requirements

Candidates should be compassionate and responsible individuals. Experience supporting neurodivergent people or individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.
