Alpha House is a mental health and addiction recovery community addressing the needs of self-identified men aged 18 and up. At Alpha House, we believe that recovery from mental illnesses and addiction must address every aspect of the individual. As a result, our programs address physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, all in service of supporting the individual’s recovery from addiction.

Deliver care planning and nursing services for clients with substance use disorders within the LPN scope of practice. Provide health education, manage infection control, and collaborate with an integrated team to support client recovery.

Responsibilities include conducting sweeps, performing housing assessments, and collaborating with partner agencies while transporting clients in agency vehicles.
