Position: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Location: 15055 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G 6T4 Compensation: $22 - 24.84 Hourly Job Type: Part-time | Onsite Your Day To Day Nursing Care & Medical Support: Deliver nursing care according to established care plans and clinical standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor residents’ responses. Observe, assess, and document any changes in residents’ health conditions. Resident Support & Personal Care Assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort, dignity, and independence. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with professional nursing standards and CNO guidelines. Compliance & Professional Conduct Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and provincial healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe and respectful environment. What You Bring To The Table To be successful in the RPN role, individuals must be committed to delivering compassionate care, upholding nursing standards, and fostering a supportive community environment. Education & Certification Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program (college diploma or equivalent). Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). CPR Level C (or HCP) certification; First Aid may also be required. Up-to-date immunizations in accordance with Ontario public health requirements. Successful completion of a criminal background check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening. Experience 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (long-term care, hospital, or community setting). Skills & Abilities Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Ontario healthcare standards and infection control procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. Requirements
