If qualified, you will also be able to assist with managing the sterilization protocols of the clinic. *Responsibilities* * Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using Tracker dental practice management software. * Manage multi-line phone systems to handle patient inquiries, appointment requests, and general questions effectively. * Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, utilizing electronic medical records systems. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations. * Assist with billing procedures, insurance claims processing, and payment collection with confidence and accuracy. * Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily workflow and patient care. * Handle other administrative duties such as filing, emailing, and managing office supplies to ensure an organized workspace. *Experience* * Prior experience working as a dental receptionist. * Proficiency with Tracker dental practice management software is essential. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care. * Demonstrated experience managing electronic medical records efficiently and securely. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members across diverse backgrounds. * Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining composure in busy settings. * Previous administrative experience in healthcare.
