About the role We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Wattle Grove residential aged care home in Lalor. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life. Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 12% Super + NFP benefits PPT Role with shifts across AM & PM (availability across weekdays is preferred) Key responsibilities * Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans * Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals) * Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team * Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes * Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment About you: * Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (preferred) * Experience in residential aged care (preferred) * Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach * Strong communication skills and attention to detail (preferred) * Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care What we offer * Competitive hourly rate - $36.82 - $37.71 per hour * Increase your take home pay – NFP benefits up to $18,550 * National organisation supporting 38,000+ Australians * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Employee wellbeing support (EAP) Compliance/Checks required * National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). * Relevant worker screening/clearance as required (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWCC where applicable). * Proof of working rights in Australia. Requirements
