About the Role BarBurrito is looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our crew. You?ll be the face of the restaurant ? building burritos, bowls, and quesadillas fresh in front of guests while keeping the line moving and the vibe upbeat. Responsibilities * Greet customers and guide them through the build-your-own menu with a friendly, efficient approach * Prepare and portion ingredients (proteins, rice, beans, salsas, toppings) to recipe and portion standards * Operate grills, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely * Maintain cleanliness of the line, dining area, and washrooms throughout shifts * Handle cash and POS transactions accurately * Restock ingredients and supplies during service * Follow all food safety and handling regulations (FOODSAFE Level 1) * Work as part of a team to hit speed-of-service targets during rushes Qualifications * Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, not required * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Strong communication skills and a positive attitude * Must be legally eligible to work in Canada * Obtain Serve it right What We Offer * Flexible scheduling * Free/discounted meals during shifts * Opportunities for advancement (shift lead, assistant manager) * Fun, fast-paced team environment Pay: From $18.25 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food Licence/Certification: * Serve Right (required) * FoodSafe level 1 (preferred) Work Location: In person
