Within our facility, we house an extensive inventory of equipment, supported by seven loading docks capable of accommodating separate large-scale events concurrently. All equipment is inspected for safety and proper functionality by our quality control team and prior to departure for your event, thorough checks guarantee all equipment is accounted for. Our facility also features a large in-house broadcast studio for hosting virtual and hybrid events and dynamic video shoots. The stage features 3 wide LED screens and a full broadcasting suite that is expertly managed by our skilled back-end team. Working closely with you, we can tailor the stage to your exact specifications. Whether it's crafting the perfect set design or choreographing the event itself, we're here to bring your vision to life with precision and creativity.

Audio Visual Technician

Responsible for the accurate setup, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment including lighting, audio, and projection systems. Ensures high-level professionalism and customer service while troubleshooting technical issues during live events.

Social AV Technician

Responsible for the professional setup, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment including lighting, audio, and projection for live events. Ensures high-quality customer service and technical troubleshooting to deliver seamless event experiences.

Warehouse Associate

On-site · Vaughan

Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment by picking, packing, and shipping AV equipment. Perform quality control on returned inventory and safely operate merchandise management tools like forklifts.

Driver

On-site · Vaughan

Responsible for driving trucks up to 5 tons to deliver and pick up equipment from various event sites. Duties include conducting vehicle inspections, managing shipment paperwork, and assisting with shop tasks as assigned.
