Assessors evaluate licensee professional performance by reviewing patient records against BCCNM standards and competencies. They also collaborate with the QA team to refine program policies, processes, and assessment tools. Candidates must hold active BCCNM licensure and have at least five years of clinical practice experience, including leadership roles. Additionally, a minimum of three years of experience as an educator or preceptor is required.
