Location and hours * Loblaws: 3671 Dundas West, Etobicoke, ON M6S 2T3 | Tuesday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Responsibilities Food Service Team Members play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi while ensuring food safety standards, tracking production, managing inventory, and collaborating with store employees in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided; prior sushi experience is not required. * Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. * Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain accurate logs. * Track daily production and assist in kitchen operations. * Receive, check, and organize inventory, and assist with ordering. * Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations. * Use Bento operations tools to update production, inventory, and other data. * Maintain Bento customer experience standards. Qualifications * Food service experience required; sushi experience is an asset. * Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Comfortable using basic technology for communication and training. * Ability to lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs). * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Food Handler Certification is an asset.
