Role Description This part-time Physiotherapist role is an on-site position based at our clinic in Victoria, BC. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical function, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, providing manual therapy and exercise prescriptions, educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and documenting clinical progress in alignment with clinic protocols. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, team-based care, as well as contributing to program development and continuous improvement of services. Qualifications Clinical assessment and treatment skills, including patient evaluation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription. Rehabilitation and pain management skills, including functional mobility training, post-surgical rehab, and chronic condition management. Communication and collaboration skills, including clear patient education, interprofessional teamwork, and documentation proficiency. Organizational and time-management skills, including managing a varied caseload, prioritizing patient needs, and maintaining accurate records. Active license or eligibility for licensure as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia. Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Experience in outpatient or multidisciplinary clinical settings is an asset. Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and providing inclusive, patient-centered care.
