BreakPoint Pickleball Club *Location:* Primarily based at 1515 Queen St E Toronto, ON M4L 1E5, with sessions rotating across multiple premium Toronto facilities. *Additional sessions *available thru the week *BreakPoint Pickleball Club* is looking for a dynamic and certified *Pickleball Coach* to join our team in a part-time capacity. We specialize in creating high-energy, engaging environments for *Adults *looking to master the game, ranging from absolute rookies to advanced competitors. If you are passionate about adult instruction and know how to balance technical development with a fun, social atmosphere, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * *Targeted Instruction:* Lead high-quality pickleball sessions for adult players across all skill levels (Rookie to Advanced). * *Small Group Dynamics:* Manage and instruct classes effectively with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:1 to 1:6. * *Curriculum Delivery:* Implement lesson plans that emphasize skill acquisition (dinks, drops, drives, and transition zone play) while maintaining a fun, vibrant atmosphere. Required Qualifications & Skills * *Coaching Experience:* Proven track record of coaching adults. * *Technical Proficiency:* Deep understanding of pickleball strategies, court positioning, and paddle mechanics to accelerate learning. * *Certification:* Valid coaching certification (e.g., IPTPA, PPR, or equivalent professional designation) is required. * *Personality:* Ability to foster a welcoming, energetic, and "fun-first" environment for those new to the sport.
