You will play a crucial role in baking, cake decorating, customer interaction and cash management. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards. * Operate the POS system, Square, shopify. * Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices. * Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management. *Experience* * Previous experience in the food industry or bakery setting is preferred. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling guidelines is essential. * Experience with cashiering and managing cash transactions is a plus. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is required.
