What You Will Do Enter, update, and maintain company records with accuracy. Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies. Verify information before entering it into company databases. Maintain organized digital files and company records. Prepare Reports, Spreadsheets, And Other Documents As Required. Process forms, invoices, and other administrative documents. Respond to data-related requests from internal teams. Protect confidential information and follow company privacy policies. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy. Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience is an asset. Excellent typing and data entry accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other data management software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing accurate work.
