The Driver (Material Handler) is responsible for the safe transportation of personnel, donors, and blood products while ensuring equipment is properly maintained. They also assist in setting up mobile donor events and providing customer service to donors during the collection process. Candidates must possess a valid Saskatchewan Class 4 driver's license and have at least 24 months of professional commercial driving experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 23 kg and move heavy equipment.
