What You’ll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures Support the front desk team as needed Other administrative or patient care duties as required What We’re Looking For Dental Administration experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at ease A natural flair for customer service and building relationships Sales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset Work Schedule Extensive Training Work schedule: Part-Time (Wednesday and Friday) Great Hours | Competitive Pay | Amazing Team Culture Davis Orthodontics is an equal-opportunity employer.
