The role involves processing online customer orders and handling customer inquiries. Benefits: • An amazingly friendly team • Continued career opportunities • Profit-sharing (conditions apply) • Employee discount • Ongoing training and learning • Group benefit plan (conditions apply) • Public transportation nearby Responsibilities: • Pick, pack and process pick-up and ship-to-home orders in the online orders system. • Offer replacement products or substituted products to customers for unpicked quantities. • Update the online orders system with the quantities, storage and pick-up locations, and reason codes for unpicked quantities (if applicable). • Print receipts and order labels, and attach receipts to the customer orders. • Put the products in a storage location close to the customer pick-up area. • Load products into customer vehicles • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
