Job Overview We are currently seeking Social Care Worker to join Xpress Health. This is a part time role based in westmeath. Key Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and support to service users in residential or community settings. Develop and implement person-centred care plans in line with HIQA and Tusla standards. Support service users in education, employment, independent living, and personal development. Advocate for service users’ rights, ensuring their voice is respected in decision-making. Maintain accurate records, reports, and care documentation. Administer medication and follow health, safety, and safeguarding protocols. Collaborate with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary professionals.
