Since 1897, Carefor Health & Community Services has been keeping families together longer at home by providing home health care and community support services. Our services offer support to seniors and people living with disabilities through in-home healthcare, community services, retirement homes in Richmond and Pembroke and a hospice in Cornwall. In Ottawa, Pembroke-Renfrew County & the Eastern Counties, our services are available in the comfort of our clients’ home, in a retirement facility, or in a community setting. As a not-for-profit charity everything we do is by the community for the community. Provide personal support, homemaking services, and assistance with activities of daily living to individuals and families in their homes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to document care plans and support client independence and well-being.
