What You Bring… Hold a post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, gerontology, or other related field from an Ontario post-secondary institution. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Knowledge of the aging process and skills required to work with an aging population Organizational and leadership skills Ability to work under direction Knowledge and skill in a variety of recreational activities Punctual and reliable The starting rate of pay is $21.30 per hour, and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement.
