The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive, values-led care to patients with complex medical, psychiatric, and substance use challenges within an inpatient unit. Responsibilities include developing nurse-client relationships using a harm reduction framework, collaborating with an interprofessional team, and performing clinical assessments and care planning.
