Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day * Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client outcomes within the community * Work with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, brain and spinal cord injury * Provide impartial home, job, and safety/attendant care assessments, functional ability evaluations, insurer examinations, ergonomic assessments, client education, and job coaching, as required * Coordinate the return to work process with all stakeholders in a timely way, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace * Work closely with the team and other resources to develop new programs to meet identified client needs * Network with internal and external stakeholders to promote new and existing programs * Perform regular, timely charting, reporting and communication * Record workload measurement data * Attend staff meetings and case conference meetings, as required * Provide professional services to other CBI facilities or departments, as required Here’s what you’ll need to be successful * You are a graduate of a recognized School of Occupational Therapy * You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists in BC * Have experience in the private sector and working within the community * Experience with Mental Health diagnoses, brain and spinal cord injuries * Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle * You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development * New Graduates are welcome to apply What CBI Health offers you * Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities * Training and mentoring from a national network of experts * Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and rewards package, including group health, dental and vision benefits, paid 100% by the employer * Continuing training budget * Excellent administrative support, so you can focus on your patients * $70-$80 per hour as an Independent Contractor About Us CBI Health is committed to providing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels safe and accepted as their authentic selves. Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a recognized School of Occupational Therapy and hold active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists in BC. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for community travel.
