What you will need to be successful: * Your Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent * Equivalencies: Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker; Internationally Trained Registered Nurse/ Registered Practical Nurse (RN/ RPN) or Midwife, and/ or students currently enrolled post 1st year in Nursing in Ontario; Home Support Worker level I, level II, level III. * A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 12 months * Proof of a negative TB test within the last 12 months and an up-to-date immunization record * Ability to travel from home to home within the community. A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle is required. * Commitment to work every other weekend * Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; the ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset * Reliability and strong organization skills * Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening and proof of a negative TB test are also required.
