Because Your Care Matters. CBI Home Health is looking to hire Visit Nurse in Brant and surrounding areas. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $26.99 – $38.73 per hour. Vacancy Disclosure: This job posting is for an existing vacancy. We have 2 part-time positions that requires commitment of 3 weekdays per week plus a 1 in 3 weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend). What you will need to be successful * Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing * Clear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screen completed within the past 12 months * Access to a reliable and insured vehicle * A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel within Caledonia/Serlkirk and surrounding areas * Professional Liability Insurance * 2 Step TB Test completed within the past 12 months (or willing to obtain) * CPR Level C/BLS * Strong verbal and written English communication skills * Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset * Ability to work 3-5 days per week plus every third weekend, as well as participate in an after-hours on call rotation Recruitment Technology Disclosure: We use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process. Provide clinical nursing care to patients in their homes, clinics, and community settings, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support clients in navigating health resources.

Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current CPR Level C/BLS certification.
