The clinical instructor role is an essential and powerful component of nursing education.</span></span></div></span><br><br><b>DUTIES</b>: <br><br><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</b>: <span><ul> <li><span><span>Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and several years of teaching experience at the university or college level is preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A minimum of 3 years of&nbsp;Nursing Experience.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluency in English , both oral and written is required.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of software as per program requirements is necessary.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Must be a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Hold an OIIQ (Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec) license for all Quebec placements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A recent Nursing experience at TOH is required to be eligible for a placement at TOH.</span></span></li></ul></span><br><br><b>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</b>: <span><ul><li>Nursing</li></ul><span><span><strong>Ability to:</strong></span></span><ul> <li><span><span>Create a dynamic, challenging, and motivated learning environment.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Adapt to a variety of student needs and provide appropriate academic and career development support.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Employ exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in French, both oral and written.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Demonstrate knowledge of subject matter through practical experiences.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Apply theoretical concepts to current workplace needs and skill requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Must be flexible as required by the department workloads.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Stay abreast of changes and new program requirements through regular professional development activities.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Be willing to work collaboratively within the department team.</span></span></li></ul></span><br><br><b>SALARY RANGE (PER HOUR)</b>: <span>57,548.00$ - 110,825.00$</span><br><br><b>SPECIFIC SECTION</b>: <span></span><br><br> <br> <ul></ul>
