With continued network expansion and record growth over the past several years, we’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team at our Brampton, ON terminal. Job Responsibilities: As a Dock Worker, you’ll play a critical role in the movement and organization of freight within our terminal. Duties include but are not limited to: * Loading, unloading, and staging customer freight and skids. * Building and organizing loads to prepare trailers for departure. * Using handheld scanners to ensure accurate freight inventory. * Coordinating efficient trailer loading and shipment preparation. * Operating a forklift for approximately 90% of your shift. * Recouping or repairing damaged pallets and freight as needed. * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dock, trailers, and yard areas. Job Qualifications: * Previous forklift experience (required). * Ability to safely handle freight using manual pallet jacks and forklifts. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * A stable, consistent work history and reliable transportation. * Willingness and ability to pass a physical and background check. * A valid Driver’s License is highly preferred.
