Position Summary The Group Medical Visit (GMV) Lead is a hybrid clinician–leadership role responsible for the leadership of Changepain's GMV program. The Lead is the first point of contact for GMV facilitators, resolves clinically relevant questions and situations, and drives program quality, workflow efficiency, and growth. The Lead reports directly to the Medical Director, and major changes are planned and implemented in partnership with the Operations Director. Reporting & Scope Reports to: Medical Director. Major program changes are planned and implemented in partnership with the Operations Director. Provides leadership to the GMV program and its facilitators. Key Clinical Responsibilities Clinical practice within your clinical scope. Key Leadership Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for GMV facilitators, resolving clinical and operational questions. Support clinical standards across the GMV program, and lead program-level decisions, implementing major changes with the Operations Director. GMV Program Leadership & Administration Oversee the GMV program to ensure delivery quality, consistency, and continuous optimization across sessions. Assist GMV facilitators in improving program content — receiving feedback, identifying gaps, and supporting course/curriculum development. Audit GMV and education programs in accordance with the approved Changepain Clinic curriculum. Help to resolve potential issues to improve chart documentation and billing information where required, in accordance with Changepain standards, using the EMR within one business day of the session (per the group-session billing template). Provide website content, handouts, or materials for upload to the designated URL as required for each session. Comply with Changepain's GMV policies and procedures. Administrative & Operations Support Assist the administrative team to optimize GMV workflows, including session scheduling and online booking (TELUS CHR). Help the Medical Director and Operations Director create, maintain, and enforce clinic policies. Oversee GMV facilitators' competency and related regulatory college requirements. Patient Experience Gather feedback and comments from GMV facilitators and participants to inform improvements to the patient experience. Staff Development & Recruitment Onboard, mentor, and upskill GMV facilitators; support continuing professional development and build program capacity. Support recruitment and scheduling for GMV facilitator roles in partnership with the Medical Director and Operations Director. Service Growth Grow GMV participation through internal medical referrals and targeted marketing. Support online initiatives such as website content, online-booking improvements, and Google ratings, with the leadership team. Create new GMV program including content, presenting structure, facilitator collaboratively with CPC team IT & Documentation Partner with the IT team to improve the AI documentation tool (Heidi) and the EMR for GMV sessions. Compensation & Terms Compensation for the above leadership responsibilities: At $70/hour 20 hours upfront for an initial program development with deliverable and measurable KPIs 5 hours per month for ongoing administrative duties and it is adjustable based on the clinic needs
