The instructor is responsible for creating and leading group exercise classes for older adults to improve mobility and reduce fall risks. They must also manage class attendance, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of agency clients, including seniors and those in the Meals on Wheels program. They must also ensure vehicle maintenance, perform daily inspections, and provide professional customer service while adhering to safety protocols.

Provide hands-on personal care to seniors in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Maintain regular contact with coordinators and travel between client locations to deliver support services.
