Your energetic approach and dedication will help foster a positive environment for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety at every step. *Duties* * Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, home care, assisted living, and nursing homes. * Administer medications accurately following established protocols and medical orders. * Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and document observations thoroughly in electronic health records using systems like Epic and Cerner. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet individual needs. * Perform specialized procedures such as phlebotomy, pain management interventions, and dementia or senior care strategies. * Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions. * Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards, laboratory procedures, and safety regulations to ensure optimal patient outcomes. *Skills* * Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner. * Extensive hospital experience with acute care environments. * Strong background in pain management, case management, and pediatrics. * Experience working with children, seniors, dementia patients, or in assisted living facilities. * Skilled in medication administration, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures. * Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office operations. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients. * Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
