The instructor is responsible for leading safe, effective, and progressive fitness classes for groups in both on-land and in-water settings. They must also manage program equipment, maintain accurate administrative records, and ensure the safety of all participants during sessions. Candidates must hold current fitness or water fitness certifications and possess at least two years of instructional experience. A valid Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C and AED certification is also required for this role.
