We are a provincially registered not-for-profit organization and a federally registered charity. All services provided by the Society meet the rigourous international standards set by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Since our inception in 1957, we have continually expanded our facilities and services. Although the Clements Centre Society has grown, we have never compromised our initial vision. Provide care and personalized support to residents in a group home, helping meet their physical, social, educational, and health needs. Work with the team to implement residents’ programs and organizational policies, while advocating for residents and families and teaching self-advocacy and life skills.

The Clinical Counsellor will facilitate therapeutic counseling for at-risk children and families while participating in program development and service reviews. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, implementing therapeutic plans, and liaising with community agencies to provide necessary referrals.

The Residence Worker provides direct care and support to residents in a group home, ensuring their physical, social, and health needs are met. They also participate in implementing resident programs and advocate for individuals and families within the community.

You will support the quality of life for individuals by meeting their physical, social, vocational, educational, and medical needs. Additionally, you will implement participant programs while adhering to agency policies and modeling healthy lifestyle behaviors.

The physiotherapist will assess and develop treatment programs for pediatric clients in a school-based setting. They will also maintain clinical records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
