About Cloudcure Cloudcure is a Canadian telehealth company specializing in GLP-1 and weight management care. We connect patients with licensed nurse practitioners across multiple provinces through our digital platform. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the patient and provider experience as we scale. The Role This is a part-time contract position (10-15 hours/week), fully remote. You will work directly with our product and development team to improve the patient-facing platform and internal clinical tools. What You Will Do Design and iterate on patient-facing flows (onboarding, eligibility, consultations, prescriptions) Improve the provider dashboard used by our clinical team Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs Conduct lightweight usability reviews and recommend improvements Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform What We Are Looking For 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or patient-facing products Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (not just marketing/branding) Proficiency in Figma Experience designing for mobile-first responsive web applications Comfortable working async in a small, fast-moving team Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) Bonus: experience with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms Details Type: Part-time contractor (10-15 hrs/week) Location: Remote (Anywhere but needs to work EST hours) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Start: Immediately
