Reporting to the Director of Member Services, the receptionist will provide professional and courteous customer service, reflecting the image of the Île des Sœurs Tennis Club. Job Description: Welcome members: Direct them to the courts Handle payments Respond to their needs Welcome new clients: Inform them about our membership options and programs Provide all information related to the Club to guide them in choosing a membership Process memberships, take payments, and enter all relevant information into the computer system Provide documentation related to club activities and explain them Other tasks (non-exhaustive): Answer the phone Monitor access and ensure compliance with Club rules and regulations. Check court occupancy Be in contact with all Club employees Qualifications and Skills: Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work under pressure Committed to collaboration and customer experience Ability to identify customer needs 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
