Job summary
Minibus Driver – Holiday Club Shuttle Service Friendly faces. Local routes. Making holidays easier for families. We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Minibus Driver to join our holiday club team in Oxshott. You’ll be the first smiling face children see in the morning and the last in the afternoon – safely collecting them from local schools and bringing them to our holiday club, then returning them at the end of the day. This role is perfect if you enjoy driving, want part-time, school-holiday hours, and like being part of a supportive, family-run team. The Role Drive safely: Operate our 16-seater minibus on set routes between schools and our holiday club. Keep things in check: Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep the minibus clean and tidy. Be a friendly face: Greet children warmly, ensure they feel safe, and maintain a calm and professional approach. Stay connected: Work closely with the holiday club team to ensure smooth journeys. Lend a hand: Occasionally support with trips or outings during the day. Essential About You Aged 21+ with at least 2 years holding a full UK driving licence Clean driving licence with no endorsements Confident, safe driver with good local route knowledge Punctual, responsible, and approachable – great with children and staff Desirable (but Not Essential) D1 licence Experience driving minibuses or working with children First Aid or Safeguarding training (we’ll provide if needed) The Practical Bits Location: Oxshott, Surrey Hours: 07:45–09:30 and 16:30–18:00, Monday–Friday during school holidays Contract: Permanent, part-time (job share available) Pay: £14.55/hr plus 12.07% holiday pay uplift (total £16.31/hr)

Requirements
Must be 21+ with a clean UK driving licence held for at least 2 years and possess strong local route knowledge. A D1 licence and experience working with children are desirable.
