Coordinate guest transfers between meeting points and CMH staging areas, including exchange-day administration, transportation communications, and the on-coach food and beverage program. Support Coach Host staff, respond to guest inquiries, resolve logistical disruptions, and provide an exceptional first and last point of contact for guests.
