Job summary
Position Summary Temporary Part-Time Support Staff positions (August 31, 2026 – September 11, 2026) Ancillary Services is seeking Part-Time Operations Success Support Assistants to assist with student start-up activities for the Fall 2026 term. This role involves providing front-line customer service and supporting the distribution of student materials, including ONECards. Operations Success Support Assistants will be scheduled for up to 24 hours, Monday to Friday for varying shifts between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Positions are available at multiple campuses, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Milton and Brantford. Responsibilities Provide courteous and professional front-line support to students Distribute student resources and verify information for resource requests Process transactions using point-of-sale and related software systems Direct students to appropriate services and locations Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, processing, packing and shipping Assist with organizing, stocking and labelling inventory Facilitate queue management to ensure efficient service delivery Summarize and escalate complex cases to management for resolution Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Completion of a one-year post-secondary certificate is required Minimum of six months of relevant front-line work experience is required Experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is an asset Strong communication skills and a customer-facing approach Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Apply Now Apply to this requisition Print this requisition

Requirements
