Connecting Care is a convergence of complimentary service groups into one cohesive company, benefiting from the synergies all can provide. Since its inception in 1999, Connecting Care has obtained several contracts to operate supportive living facilities and has provided consulting services to developers, not for profits, and operators. The Hospitality Aide supports the daily well-being of residents by assisting with meal service, housekeeping, and resident engagement activities. They foster a positive, inclusive environment while maintaining health and safety standards within the community.

Coordinate and evaluate resident services using a person-directed approach while overseeing nursing care and medication assistance. Lead the care team and respond to emergency codes to ensure a safe, vibrant, and inclusive environment for seniors.

The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly to residents while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They act as a liaison between the kitchen and guests, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.
