COST Vape is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and a strong ability to assist customers with product selection, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive store environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide expert advice on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, coils, and accessories. * Educate customers on vaping safety, product usage, and maintenance. * Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness. * Stay up to date on the latest vaping trends, regulations, and new products. * Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and federal vaping regulations. * Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and resolve complaints professionally. * Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and receiving shipments. *Requirements:* * *Must be at least 19 years old* * Prior retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of vaping products and accessories (or willingness to learn). * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Basic math skills and experience handling cash/card transactions. * Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.
