A day in the life as a Seasonal Operations Associate... Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom. Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase. Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner. Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team. Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed. Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence. Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers. Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual. Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates. What you'll bring to the table... Customer service or retail experience preferred Good communication skills Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be available to work weekends around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
