We work with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health providers through direct billing. *Position Summary:* We are seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate *Medical Office Assistant* to join our team. The MOA will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet patients and manage front desk reception duties * Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple practitioners * Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records * Perform billing and direct submissions to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health insurers * Process payments and issue receipts * Coordinate treatment plans and documentation with clinicians * Support daily clinic operations and assist with general administrative tasks * Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and privacy regulations *Qualifications:* * Medical Office Assistant certificate or equivalent experience preferred * Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (Jane App experience is an asset) * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Multilingual skills considered an asset *What We Offer:* * Competitive wages based on experience * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for growth with our expanding clinic (second location in Richmond) * Staff discounts on treatments and wellness services *To Apply:* Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability to [email protected].
