Floor cleaning Technician

Job description: We’re hiring a Mobile Projects Technician for casual Hours to complete special cleaning projects at multiple sites. This role focuses on floor care, including auto scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing. *****Must have a valid Class-5 driver's license and the ability to travel to Fredericton to pick up a work vehicle***** Auto scrub floors and deep clean various floor types Strip and wax floors (VCT/tile, etc.) Burnish/polish floors to a high shine Safely operate floor machines and cleaning equipment Travel to different client locations as scheduled Follow company safety standards and job procedures Requirements Experience with stripping/waxing/burnishing and auto scrubbing (preferred) Valid Class-5 driver’s license and reliable transportation Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods Available for evening/night/weekend work as needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Schedule: Flexible shifts (often evenings/nights) Benefits Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off

Perform specialized floor care projects including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing across multiple client sites. Safely operate heavy floor machinery and adhere to company safety standards.

Must possess a valid Class-5 driver's license and be physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods. Experience with professional floor care equipment is preferred.
