Description Pharmacist Team Lead What we do! Custom Health provides a comprehensive tech-enabled med management and managed care solution resulting in 98% medication adherence for out patients across the United States and Canada. Operations are powered by proprietary software which orchestrates: i) fully-automated owned and network pharmacies, ii) at-home medication management solutions, iii) real-time clinical oversight by 200+ pharmacist-lead clinicians and iv) the collection of real-time, real-world data and insights. Responsibilities/Mandate Oversee end-to-end front end pharmacy workflow: including data entry, batch billing, order processing, new spencer and onboarding oversight, clinical verifications, establishing routine and in-depth clinical reviews and projects shared among pharmacists (full-time, part-time and remote). Organize and optimize prescription processing, management and workflow processes involved in the first stages of pharmacy operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy and clinical service quality. Develop, implement and optimize workflow policies, SOPs and best practices to ensure consistent quality and productivity in close collaboration with pharmacy operations manager and data team lead. Lead and direct sustainable clinical and operational processes among pharmacists to drive quantifiable and qualitative clinical interventions with other health care professionals, patients and their caregivers. Establish and initiate drive among pharmacists to continue their professional developments by scheduling learning opportunities among staff pharmacists and inspire pharmacists within the team to consistently discover and pioneer ways of improving clinical and professional services to patients and healthcare professionals. Promote and facilitate collaborative and accountable pharmacists' team via regular performance review, coaching and positive reinforcement with open door policy to maintain a strong clinical pharmacy team and encourage quality operation with clearly established structure, standards and transparency. Oversee compliance with both external and internal organizational and operational policies and procedures and ensure that all staff within the pharmacists and data team are consistently and effectively abiding by these standards. Lead internal and external audit preparation, responses, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Investigate and report medication incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Areas of oversight: Data Entry/Management team lead: including narcotic and controlled substances management-reconciliation, discrepancy reporting and accurate record-keeping. Pharmacist supervision, management, tasks delegation, pharmacist scheduling, and regular performance reviews and coaching. Requirements Active Pharmacist license in good standing. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in leadership and management. Experience with team management and collaboration tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices. Proficiency in project management and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
