Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to follow customer relations policies and procedures. Basic understanding of cleanliness procedures and general sanitation regulations. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to work varied shifts and required overtime. Must be willing to work outside. Preferred Qualifications High school graduate. Food service experience; but willing to train the right candidate. Handles food in line with cleanliness protocol and sanitation regulations. Runs a cash register and processes payments. Interacts with the public in a courteous and respectful manner. Carries out light cleaning duties associated with the Concessions position. Requirements

Applicants must follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively with customers, understand basic cleanliness and sanitation practices, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. They must be available for varied shifts and required overtime, willing to work outdoors, and preferably have a high school education and food service experience; training may be provided.
